Worlds Largest Chocolate Fountain opens in Lindt Chocolate Museum

As if it isn't hard enough staying away from the chocolate while in lockdown, Lindt has just built the World's Largest Chocolate Fountain, and put it in the World's Largest Chocolate Musuem.

The enormous chocolate fountain stands 9.3 metres tall and features a giant stirrer dripping chocolate into a Lindor ball. It weighs over 3 tons and contains 1500kg of real chocolate.

The museum opened in Zurich on Sunday, and tennis great Roger Federer was at the unveiling. Housed over 1500 square metres it covers the cultivation of cocoa, the history of chocolate, Swiss chocolate pioneers and chocolate production.

There is also a “Chocolate Heaven” tasting room as well as a Chocolateria where you can create your own chocolate masterpiece under the guidance of Master Chocolatiers.
