Booking.com Team with Mattell to Transform Holiday Homes into Retro Board-Game Themed Stays

Everyone knows someone who is mad about UNO. Someone who goes crazy and looks up the rules (who even reads the rules?) just to slam that draw-4 back in your face.

Or maybe you know a word-nerd who loves scrabble? Using words like Quixotic to get the win.

With everyone stuck in lockdown this year, board games have had a bit of a resurgence. As border restrictions begin to ease, Aussies are looking to plan their next domestic getaway, so booking.com and Mattel (legendary toy company) have come up with a way to combine both.

Three Aussie holiday rentals have undergone a transformation into a different ‘board-game’ style, with inspiration coming from iconic games like UNO, Pictionary and Scrabble.
