We find great deals offered by other travel sites and they will be able to resend your travel details. If you are unsure who you purchased your flights with, check your credit card statement as it will be listed there.
The biggest reason is that the email is in your spam (or junk) folder. Check there, and move it across to your inbox.
If you have Gmail, then the email may be in the 'Promotions' tab. For Outlook it might be in the 'Other' tab.
